Parkour Recreational

Our Warrior Zone classes teach the fundamentals of Parkour & Free Running in an obstacle course-style training program. Athletes begin by learning techniques for safety, jumping and climbing and increase into more acrobatic movements and obstacle courses with more height and variation.

About

As an emerging sport, Parkour & Free Running combines speed, strength and agility with the goal of moving through obstacles as quickly and safely as possible. Emphasis is put on traveling through spaces in the fewest moves possible with as much creativity possible.

In competitive Parkour & Free Running, athletes compete in speed, technique and style. The ultimate goal of Parkour is for athletes to possess the ability to turn any space into their playground.

It is important that instructors are keyed in to the Parkour community to stay on top of developing trends and techniques within the sport. At Midwest Training, we pride ourselves on employing Parkour instructors who are not only passionate about the sport, but focused on putting technique first and developing athletes who will grow with the sport and continue to pass it on to others.

Classes are held at our Dyer and Crown Point facilities. We offer beginner and advanced classes for boys & girls ages 3 & up. Enrollment is open a; new members are eligible to take a free trial class!
