Our Competitive Gymnastics Program
At Midwest Training & Ice Center, we compete within the USA Gymnastics Program, offering competitive training for compulsory and optional gymnasts. Our teams include athletes ages 5-18, starting at Level 2 and progressing through the Elite Level. Training schedules vary based on skill level, ensuring that each gymnast receives the necessary coaching and support to advance in the sport. Whether athletes are new to competition or striving for elite status, our program is designed to develop strength, discipline, and a passion for gymnastics.
About USA Gymnastics
USA Gymnastics is the official national governing body for gymnastics in the United States, recognized by the U.S. Olympic Committee and the International Gymnastics Federation. Headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, the organization establishes rules, policies, and training programs for gymnasts at all levels, from grassroots development to the Olympic stage.
With over 200,000 athletes and professionals participating in more than 4,500 sanctioned events annually, USA Gymnastics provides a pathway for gymnasts to progress through local, state, and national competitions. Reaching the USA National Gymnastics Team is a top goal for many athletes, requiring them to qualify through a series of competitions that test skill, performance, and dedication. At Midwest Training & Ice Center, we are proud to train athletes who aspire to compete at the highest levels and represent the future of gymnastics.
