Benefits of Playing Hockey

Hockey is a great form of exercise that targets all major muscle groups. Athletes develop coordination, agility, balance, and endurance while training together in a group environment. Teamates enjoy camaraderie, learn life lessons, and work together to achieve a common goal.

All Midwest hockey staff are Safesport approved, and background screened. Our staff ranges from coaches with high levels of expertise in power skating, stick handling, shooting, and game awareness to coaches that have integrated their ways to generate the most fun on the ice.

The first step for joining our Learn to Play program is mastering Learn to Skate Basic 1. For more information, please visit our Learn to Skate page at the link below. We offer a FREE trial class for new students.
