Trampoline & Tumbling

Jump, Flip, and Soar

Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) features four dynamic events: trampoline, power tumbling, synchronized trampoline, and double mini-trampoline. Open to both men and women, athletes can specialize in a single event or train across all four disciplines.

Our recreational program emphasizes fun, fitness, and fundamentals, ensuring a safe and structured progression for every student. With a focus on skill development, confidence, and self-image, we guide gymnasts through USA Gymnastics' Skill Level foundation, helping them advance at their own pace while building strength, coordination, and agility.

Girls & Boys | Ages 6 & Up

Beginner Trampoline & Tumbling

Our T&T beginner classes cover skills on the rod floor, trampoline, double mini trampoline, and Tumbl-Trak. Children begin to learn basic gymnastics skills at each event. As children improve, they move to higher levels with new challenges. This class is an ideal placement for the student looking to refine their basic skills and receive a more formal introduction to the sport. Rolls, cartwheels and handstands will be perfected while learning more advanced skills on all apparatus. Advanced classes are offered; registration available by invite.

Trampoline & Tumbling Events

As a sport, trampoline varies greatly from recreational bouncing. International competition trampolines are larger and more powerful than traditional "backyard" models. Trained athletes are able to propel themselves as high as 30 feet in the air during their performances. Upper-level athletes can easily demonstrate a graceful array of double, triple, and twisting somersaults during routines.
