Recreational Parkour / Warrior Zone

Master Movement with Parkour

Parkour & Free Running is an exciting and fast-growing sport that blends speed, strength, and agility to navigate obstacles with efficiency and creativity. Athletes aim to move through environments using the fewest possible moves while incorporating unique and dynamic techniques.

In competitive Parkour & Free Running, participants are judged on speed, technique, and style, transforming any space into their personal playground. As the sport continues to evolve, staying ahead of the latest trends and techniques is crucial. At Midwest Training & Ice Center, our expert instructors are deeply connected to the Parkour community, ensuring students learn proper technique, build confidence, and develop skills that will grow with the sport for years to come.

Our Parkour Programs

Our Warrior Zone classes teach the fundamentals of Parkour & Free Running in an obstacle course style training program (similar to American Ninja Warrior). Athletes begin by learning techniques for safety, jumping, and climbing. As students progress, they develop more acrobatic movements and are able to complete obstacle courses with more height and variation. Students build strength, agility, coordination and overall fitness.
