Small group strength training

With only 8 clients/and 1 trainer, you’ll be guided and personally trained to build muscle tone and a youthful functionally sound body! (HR monitors used)

Spin classes

Used by athletes around the world to condition their legs, build endurance and burn fat all in our cool black light environment. (HR monitors used)

Box and burn

All the skills that professional boxers train on, giving them bodies of steel! Never any physical contact, just heart pumping and endurance building intervals for all fitness levels. (HR monitors used)

Cardio Coaching

Only at Midwest, we teach you how to structure your cardio training to have fun, burn lots of calories, and build great physical conditioning. (HR monitors used)

Yoga and Pilates

A well balanced program will always include flexibility and core based disciplines and will challenge your core while strengthening and tightening muscles you did not know you had, and at the same time detox your lymphatic system. Yoga and Pilates come in many forms and we have them all!

Barre classes

This workout is designed to trim, tighten, and tone your entire body. Barre includes components of Pilates, dance, yoga, and ballet exercises set to music.
