We cater to all levels of fitness and offer many of the hottest boutique style classes on the scene. We also provide towel service, spa-like locker rooms complete with showers and saunas; as well as a full nutrition bar and healthy cafe.

10 Class Pass
Great option for those who aren't able to attend classes as frequently. This pass gives you the discounted rate of $9/class opposed to $15/class.
Attend 8 classes per month in addition to our general gym membership.
Gives you access to all of our classes and the ability to do classes as often as you would like.

Train your arms and abs to get a complete upper body workout!
Low impact class great for everyone! This is a perfect 1st step to getting started on your fitness journey!
This class is focused on strengthening and toning your lower body! Mixed in with a few upper body and core exercises in-between stations, to create a perfect workout focused on the Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads, and Calves.
Burn & Build Strength
This class is designed on the principle of muscle overload which promotes growth of lean muscle. Stations focused on upper body and other on lower body!

Strengthen and condition your core muscles and more!
High-Intensity Interval Training. Bursts of exercises, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
A high-intensity, full body workout that burns calories after you leave the studio. The class incorporates full body dynamic movements to push your limits using dumbbells, varied intervals and multi-directional movements.
