Midwest Training & Ice Center is the largest, state-of-the-art training facility in the region, offering top-tier programs in ice hockey, figure skating, gymnastics, and cheerleading. Top Competitive Teams and Year-Round Activities
Beyond our individual training programs, Midwest Training & Ice Center proudly hosts the Midwest Youth Hockey League featuring the Midwest Blackbirds, the Illiana Hockey League, and Midwest Gymnastics & Trampoline & Tumbling Teams. We are also home to Cheer Extreme Midwest and Adult Men’s Hockey Teams, bringing together athletes from across the region.
