The 2008 3 on 3 Pond Hockey season will begin on Monday, June 2nd, and conclude before Labor Day weekend. Teams will play 2 games per week for 10 weeks, with a playoff at the end of the season. High school league games will be on Saturdays from 11:10 AM to 1:20 PM.
All games will be played "cross-ice" style. Each game will consist of two 24 minute halves with a 5 minute warn-up period. To ensure equal playing time, every 60 seconds the buzzer will sound to signal a line change. There will be no off-sides or icing calls to stop the game. When a goal is scored, the scoring team must back up at least 20 feet to allow the puck to be taken out, promoting continuous game action!
All players must register individually. Teams will consist of a maximum of 12 skaters. All players must bring a light and a dark jersey to each game. All players must be registered with USA Hockey prior to their first game. Players may register online at www.usahockey.com.
All participants in the Summer Pond Hockey program are invited to join us every Monday night for a Power Skate/Skills Clinic. All High School Power Skate/Skills sessions will be held on Mondays from 7:20 PM to 8:20 PM.

USA Hockey Requirements
All players and teams must be registered with USA Hockey before the first game. Teams are responsible for their own USA Hockey registration fees. Maximum of 20 players per team.
