Trampoline and Tumbling
Trampoline and Tumbling is a sport that is great for kids who love to run, jump and tumble. It is great exercise and the skills translate into almost any other sport. The physical benefits include building strength, speed, balance and awareness. As kids progress in the sport they will also build confidence, discipline and attention to details. While gymnasts are generally small and petite, trampoline and tumbling is a sport for all body types.
